9. We had a white cat, deaf, one blue eye, one green. We simply called him "Chat" the French word for cat.

He snuck out one day and I found him dead on the road. I balled like a baby when I found him. I buried him in our yard. He was a good cat.
I lost many cats and dogs over the years, and it never got easier.
