I know this is anecdotal, but when I was driving my daughter and her friend (high school aged) home, they were making jokes about everything getting "Kirkified," which apparently is when people feel the need to swap pictures of Charlie Kirk onto everything and everyone, no matter how ridiculous the situation.

It's sort of cynical--and I wouldn't say it's in either bad taste or good taste or even intended as a political statement at all, but rather just one of those nonsensical youth memes of the moment (not unlike like "6-7" )--and goes to show that the young people still more or less basically view Kirk as a joke as opposed to some hallowed, virtuous martyr.
