Chicago Alderperson Jessie Fuentes speaks out after being handcuffed by ICE agents for asking if the men had a warrant to be at the hospital. Fuentes joined Ana Cabrera to talk about the incident and about President Donald Trump's attempt to deploy federal troops to Chicago against the wishes of local officials, adding, “This is not even about safety or security. This is about control.”
