Hear me out . . .

What if four or five Democrats promised to vote 'No' on releasing the Epstein files to open up the budget convo -

Then when the vote comes up on the Epstein Cover Up, claim they are 'deeply concerned' but could not vote 'No' after all. I mean- it works for Susan Collins.
