One neighbor of mine grew food for the local food bank. You might wonder how does that stop the brown shirts? It helps spread our faith in each other. And that is what we need to turn the tide. It is the antidote to hopelessness and the zero sum view of the world. We each must find the things we can do, and feel good about doing. We will never know how close or far we are from the Sleeping Giant Roaring so loud it turns the tide until it happens. We each just need to know it IS coming as long as we keep doing what we can. The only way we lose is by withdrawing and staying silent as those around us withdraw.
