BREAKING: A federal judge finds that there is evidence Kilmar Abrego was VINDICTIVELY PROSECUTED. The judge GRANTS Abrego's motion for discovery and a hearing, and the government must now PROVE it did not vindictively prosecute Mr. Abrego. 1/

Putting aside Kilmar Ábrego García’s fate in immigration court, which is not a real court:

He has been winning at every step of the federal judiciary, in a maze of criminal and civil cases, and that’s why the Trump administration is throwing everything at him.
