Grandstanding, obviously. She clearly was not planning to coordinate with them on anything. She isn't carrying any warrants.

She could easily have gone to a MacD or somewhere else in the area.

Hell, they probably didn't have any warrants anyway. They are just out on patrol intimidating brown people.

Come to think of it, did you see a single person in that entire gaggle carrying anything that might have been a warrant? And for that matter, did you see anybody in that entire group wearing a uniform or presenting any kind of ID?

I guess ICE was working undercover today. At least they aren't wearing masks. Maybe we can identify who these people actually are.
