Yes, combined arms tactics (infantry +tanks) are still useful in some situations, but most warfare is going to be done by people sitting down far away from the fighting, and won't need big buff gay-porn soldiers who look like Drago from the Rocky movies. It will need soldiers and sailors with brain smarts, who can stay calm and focused and have the stamina to handle long hours and repetitive tasks.
Gender is not a part of any those requirements. Nor is race.
Physicality can be, but the type of physicality required is not that of a physical sports athlete or body builder, but rather, that of a healthy person in general.
