14. I only mentioned the RCs because some have wondered how they "got hold of" this niche...

The answer is because that niche was vacated by secular providers beforehand.

As for the tribal clinics — I don’t know. I tried looking it up, but aside from grants allocated by the US Congress, I couldn’t understand it. It’s complicated, and if the current admin has anything to do with it, they’re on a tightrope like the rest of us.
