I had a multi-post argument with someone who is bound and determined to believe and purvey what seems to me to be a smear campaign against an American school official born in Guyana — who has just been arrested and may be deported somewhere or other.

ICE captured the man, and now they have to justify what they did by making this man out to be “the worst of the worst. “ But why in God’s name should I believe what ICE is saying? Why would anybody?
