Nexstar Media acquired The Hill for $130 million in August 2021. Nexstar's growing portfolio of news and digital content includes broadcast television stations, the CW network, and the NewsNation cable channel.
Nexstar Media is the company that (allegedly) suspended broadcasts of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” to get Trump's approval for its $6.2 billion deal to buy Tegna.

That's why they don't call Republicans liars.
