I watched the whole video. The woman seems to have mental health issues. She thinks Starbucks is "a public place" that is required by law to call out customers' names.
The barista brought her drink to her, probably because there were hardly any other customers and the customer had her emotional support dog with her. The young barista seems kind, thoughtful, and completely shocked by her customer's response.
I guarantee this woman has had meltdowns over her dog being allowed in private "public spaces" before too.
I feel sorry for the dog.
