anyone can open or conceal carry a firearm, unless they are legally prohibited from having one.

Anyone can carry cash as well, last I checked, that was legal.

Old Kim is angry that he won't let people who are masked and refuse to show ID grab children from public schools and take them to places where they will never be heard from again.
