the APD fumbled it very badly

I'm glad the guy offed himself in 1999, no WAY would I have wanted him around for the past 26 years, no telling how many more victims there would be.

edited add - the sisters, their parents died within the past year.......I remember a few years back the mum saying it had been so long she had forgotten their voices (they were her only kids)
