Trump's new shoes [View all]

Just say wa video clip of Trump meeting a crowd on the oulet mall outdoor food court that replaced the Rose Garden. He was wearing WHITE SHOES that looked to me like some kind of medical shoe or an orthotic shoe. Could not see any laces.

Is there a shoe for people who have his chronic venous insufficiency (CVI)? Does CVI affect the feet?

Google's AI assistant says this:

Shoes for chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) should be lightweight, have a low heel to improve calf muscle function, and offer adjustable closures for swelling. Key features include cushioning, breathable materials like mesh or leather, a wide toe box for comfort, non-slip outsoles for stability, and removable insoles for customization. Avoid high heels, pointed toes, and restrictive footwear that can hinder blood flow and worsen CVI symptoms.

And he was not wearing a tie -- dark blue suit, blue shirt with open collar, white shoes.
