These tariffs are blatantly illegal, so why isn't Congress doing something? I understand the GOP has the majority and won't stand up to Trump, but I'm tired of the Democrats not speaking out and fighting back more fiercely. I want to see them on every major news outlet screaming about this.

I have to take brand medication for one of the medications I take because the generic doesn't work (I've tried several). It used to cost me $500 a month, after Trump's first round of tariffs, it went up to $650. Now it will be $1300. We are a two-income household and there is no way we can afford that. If I'm in that boat, then imagine seniors and others.

I am so angry because 1) I know Trump is doing this to fill in budget holes. He doesn't care about bringing back manufacturing; he wants to pay for his tax cuts and now bail out farmers. 2) WHERE ARE OUR CHECKS AND BALANCES? These tariffs are blatantly illegal!
