Your two examples are probably fairly easy for a new poster to look for.

But I really think DU could fairly easily do a similarity check on posts to see if something already exists that matches to some level and at least present an option if the new poster wants to continue, knowing that earlier posts were very similar.

I appreciate the work that EarlG and others are doing to keep this up and running, so maybe when life returns to calm and normal.....
