How about crime in the executive branch:

1961–2019: A compilation of historical records covering both Republican and Democratic presidential administrations found that Republican administrations had far more criminal indictments and convictions than Democratic administrations.

Republicans (31 years in power): 149 indictments, 95 convictions, and 34 prison sentences.
Democrats (28 years in power): 3 indictments, 1 conviction, and 1 prison sentence.

Just a quick Google search. But they're the same!
