1. for years the rs forced us to engage with them . now they wont engage with us on budget talks .

i want to se evertying that was taken off the budget for the last three months re inserted onto the table and that also includes any of the programs that the rs have nibbled away for the last 30 years or more . everything on the table . including ice.and no cr either.
