pointing out that he "sat and took it" when Obama sliced him into a thousand pieces at the 2011 Correspondents' Dinner. "I was a good sport," he might say.

That would be in oblivion to how obvious it was that he was absolutely seething inside and about ready to burst. And how his actions since then have shown that he was livid at being the butt of Obama's jokes and despised the crowd's laughter at his expense.

Everything since then has been an offshoot of that experience for Trump.
