There is an excellent CSNY doc on Tubi TV (free) that you can watch at this link:

...or, if you have a smart TV that can load Tubi TV, you can also watch it that way.

Neil released his "Living With War" album during the George W Bush years...you might remember the song "Let's Impeach The President," written about Bush & Cheney lying the U.S. into Iraq.

Of course, this was before Trump's political career, so there were no MAGAts, no red hats, but a few audience members appear on screen and they are exactly the kind of people sought out to exploit. One heavy-set middle aged white guy was REALLY PISSED OFF, calling Neil a P.O.S. and a few other things and saying he'd "like to kick his ****ing ass."

I'm a guitarist and basically live for music...I've played since age 10...and Neil's fearlessness has made him the artist who has influenced me more than any other. He's laser-focused on what he wants to do. This got in the way of a few personal relationships along the way (Jimmy McDonough's "Shakey" is an EXCELLENT bio).

He has expressed concern over touring outside of the USA and the possibility of finding out Trump wouldn't let him back in. But that was pragmatism talking, not fear. But I'd bet the farm on his NOT quaking in his boots over Trump, as some other actors / musicians / etc are doing these days.
