What is the point in bringing a case if there is no evidence of guilt? Unless you make it up, of course. He’s just going to lose, like in most of his cases. The only thing I can figure is that he doesn’t actually expect to win - he just wants to make his enemies suffer as he schleps his way through the legal system, costing his victims and us a ton of money while he pays no price for another frivolous lawsuit.
