Monday is 'SPECIALS" DAY AT LOCAL SUPERMARKET:
When pork loin is the special, under $3.00 per lb., I load up, cut in portion amounts,freeze and seal with the FOODSAVER. Same for beef or fish, shell fish specials. Lucky me, local Produce stand is always as much, or more than 50% less for fruits and vegetables.

Good, really good bread is very expensive but this winter I am going to bake my own!
