This is one more step along the Project 2025 path to an extreme religious and authoritarian state. It violates the judge's ruling regarding the process by which the military could be engaged in presidential policy in California and elsewhere. It violates the Constitutionally mandated process by which Congress must declare war in order to authorize actions, finances, military activity, placing our troops in harm's way, and acting against a foreign aggressor, their troops and properties.
