COVID is still out there and very real. Started with a sore throat and mild cough Wednesday night. Slept most of the day Thursday with added muscle aches. Friday morning we decided maybe it was not flu and I tested positive for COVID. Fortunately a telehealth visit got me a prescription. My drug store was out of Paxlovid ( I had taken it before) but checked around and found it at another for me.
Maybe if the vaccine had been available with that booster....but it was not.
It is just miserable.
Be careful out there.

I got it in June and had never previously had it. I was current with booster vaccination, but I was still very sick.

Was anyone in the ER wearing masks? It floors me that most of the doctors & nurses don't? We've got to fly this week.
