1. Who needs trucking and rail safety rules anyhow?

Get rid of those grade crossing signals and arms; they're just a nuisance. Sucks to be you if a train hits you anyhow. And why do trucks need any rules at all? If a tire blows and chunks fly off on a freeway, that's show biz and drivers' tough luck.
