7. Oh noes!!! What will we do without BBB? Oh yeah, we're already getting along fine without them.

I was getting their emails, but not buying anything. And now I certainly won't. I took myself off their email list yesterday.

Attaway to lock yourself out of a very affluent market of 40 million people, genius. All BBB's competitors don't seem to have trouble operating here in CA, even JC Penney! BBB is dead, and this jackass' attitude makes it assuredly so.
