May the rest of your travels cross country be uneventful.
Relocating is a stressful, anxiety provoking experience. When my late husband and I moved from L A. to St Joseph, MO with our not quite 2 year old in 1988, the only thing we had to turn around and go back for was our son's 'Bear', which somehow he managed to literally lift the banquet cushion at a diner table at a little place in Kansas where we stopped for lunch, and hide it under there, leaving it behind. We got about 60 miles down the road to discover it gone. He told us he left it at the diner. We turned around and went back for 'Bear'. To this day I do not know how he managed to lift that cushion to hide 'Bear' without either my husband or I noticing it. The diner staff were astonished, too, when 'Bear' was discovered in his hiding place.
