4. Why are the Courts not acting

against those who openly defy their orders?? Isn't there some kind of standard in order to be a member of the Bar? Why are they allowed to make up a twisted excuse in order to defy the Judge?

DUE PROCESS is the backbone on which our Nation of Laws depends. I can hear them discussing what to do: "Let's just put him on the plane--there's nothing they will do."

Isn't this the second time they have used this miserable excuse? It's more than just "We deported a criminal." It's "We are not going to do as the Court ordered." They're spitting on the Judges. They're spitting on us.
