11. The TV series was inspired by the movie of the same name

and I absolutely LOATHED that movie. It took a lot of persuading to get me to watch the TV show, which slowly morphed into the exact opposite of what that movie was. Swit played one of the first characters to change into a human being instead of being a cardboard cutout.

RIP Loretta Swit, and thank you.
