Those are three things the Felon usually lacks. All of us realized that was a ridiculous, asinine statement as soon as we heard him say it.

As has been proven, he is far better at trade deals, than serious diplomacy. In fact, he is clueless when it comes to determining crucial defense and foreign policy matters.

We could have realized that by reviewing his terrible first term.
