Cons - increases prices, which primarily hurt lower incomes.

Pros - Reduces consumption of cheap chinese crap that is made under very questionable conditions and is terrible for the environment and contributes to global warming.

Unfortunately the orange idiot is using a axe when a scalpel would have been better.
