4. Asylum won't be granted to any Americans, but Canada is actively recruiting for a "Brain Drain" from the US

If you’re an American Doctor, nurse, professor, researcher, even a construction worker, the Canadian government may expedite your entry to Canada on a Permanent Resident visa.

Many have already taken advantage of this effort; Former Yale professor Timothy Snyder, author of “On Tyranny”, recently relocated to Canada.

They should recruit filmmakers as well- Vancouver and Toronto both have well established film industries (that’s where most Hallmark movies are made, but lots of others too).
