I can't believe it used to be treated as a tinfoil hat conspiracy theory to believe it but when you factor Al-Qaeda is wahhabbi and the House of Saud and the sects founder Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab are the origins of the sect it isn't too hard to make the connection.

Bush definitely covered up Saudi's role despite promising to go after everyone who harbors terrorists and instead launched a war against the wrong country--Iraq.
