No one who needs to know what it means will know what it means. The populists and other yahoos in foreign countries might even use it to argue against L* rights as the product of "foreign influence." And it's silly to make it a flag. That medium doesn't have the message information bandwidth or directness needed.

Just put up a big sign that says "The United States of America is committed to L* rights." People will be able to read it and know where we stand.

Whatever though. It probably won't slow down the justice it's trying to achieve by too much.
