Trump SKEWERED at BIGGEST HEARING in front of SCOTUS YET - Legal AF
After 2.5 hours of oral argument before the Supreme Court about whether Trump's trillion dollar Tariff scheme is Unconstitutional or illegal, all comes down to which way Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett flip.
It was a very skeptical bench today, and made the MAGA 6 squirm, as Michael Popok explains that this could well end up a 5-4 decision to tear down the tariffs with ACB leading the way and convincing a wobbly Gorsuch to join her. - 11/05/2025.
