The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, addressed the Ukrainian people with his traditional speech on Saturday, October 5. Russia is intensifying its strikes on Ukraine’s gas and energy infrastructure ahead of winter, while the international response remains weak. “Unfortunately, there is no proper reaction from the world to what is happening — to the constant increase in the scale and audacity of the attacks,” the president said.
