Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the nation with his usual message on Saturday, October 4. On the same day, Russians struck the railway station in Shostka twice. The second attack occurred during the evacuation of people. At least 30 people were reported injured, including passengers and Ukrzaliznytsia employees. Later, the body of a 71-year-old man was found in a carriage. The President expressed his condolences to all those affected. In addition, Zelenskyy signed several new sanction measures, covering various areas of Ukraine’s sanctions policy. - 10/04/2025.
