I have a question for those of us in Rhode Island, do we have to bring in both plates or can we just bring in the front plate? Can you choose between the front plate and the back plate? What lubricant does the GOP recommend for loosening rusted plate bolts? This is going to make voting so much harder. Will Florida arrest you for letting another voter in line borrow your WD-40?
