If policies make it less advantageous to use, it will be a blow to its value and growth.
Not to mention, I think Prime as a streaming service is being propped up by the added value of the free shipping. Otherwise, it ranks pretty low against the others in my book. If people are buying less, they will start to question the cost of Prime
