war with Iran we need to do the same
thing we do with all our godlike figures
trust in Trump this is just another day

you know if you're anything like me when
it comes to summer plans there's always
one question that's top of mind is the
United States going to war with Iran
right right that was um that was totally
the question it wasn't what are the 59
things you've got to have in your home
this summer definitely not well since
we're here
are we regarding the ongoing situation
in Iran I know there has been a lot of
speculation amongst all of you in the
media regarding the president's
decision-making and whether or not the
United States will be directly involved
in light of that news I have a message
directly from the president oh boy this
is exciting you know cuz yesterday when
the missiles from Iran and Israel were
lighting up the skies above our
countries our president was mostly
focused on avoiding saying the word
erecting the word it starts with an E if
I ever used it I'd be run out of town in
order to give the media this piece of
detailed insight i may do it I may not
do it i mean nobody knows what I'm going
to do i may do it I may not no one knows
don't you just love it when the
president of the United States treats
America's involvement in foreign wars
the same way that Zack Braff would treat
someone asking him about a Scrubs reboot
but it's a whole new day so let's hear
it and I quote "Based on the fact that
there's a substantial chance of
negotiations that may or may not take
place with Iran in the near future I
will make my decision whether or not to
go within the next two weeks." That's a
quote directly from the president for
all of you today two weeks there it is
we are so back baby you know that
feeling where everyone is so up your ass
and you need more time that is both far
enough away that you get some space but
also close enough that it still feels
relevant that's what we like to call the
Trump two week notice unfortunately it's
never the kind we're hoping for look I
hate to be a cynic and doubt the
legitimacy of Donald Trump's
proclamations that we'll have an answer
on Iran in 2 weeks it's just that I feel
like we've been here before you've been
in office three and a half years you
don't have a plan well we haven't had uh
excuse me you heard me yesterday we're
signing a health care plan within two
weeks and you're going to find it to be
a very exciting two weeks that was July
of 2020 and while we never got that
health care plan that month we did see
huge spikes in COVID and the arrest of
Trump's buddy Gain Maxwell so I guess he
didn't lie about the two weeks being
very exciting yes apparently the only
thing Donald loves more than pretending
he's a construction worker is teasing
that he's got some big news for all of
us in 2 weeks we're going to be
announcing something I would say over
the next um two or three weeks that will
be phenomenal in terms of tax we've got
some gas stations where just two weeks
ago it was $1.98 $1.99 we've got the gas
down below first two weeks have been
probably they say the most successful
two weeks in the history of any
presidency we'll be reporting back
sometime over the next two weeks as to
NAFTA i'll be making a big decision on
the Paris accord over the next two weeks
what about infrastructure when is that
going to happen we're going to do
infrastructure very quickly we've got
the plan largely completed and we'll be
filing it over the next two or three
weeks when will you make that decision
over the next couple of weeks we're
doing very well in the fight against
ISIS as General Mattis has just
explained and we're going to be having a
news conference in about two weeks to
let everybody know how well we're doing
and the minds are starting to open up
we're having a big opening in two weeks
we've had tremendous success
against ISIS in our fight in the Middle
East we're we're doing very very well
we're going to be having a news
conference in two weeks on that fight
our Secretary of Labor is coming out
with a plan in two weeks wiretap covers
a lot of different things i think you're
going to find some very interesting
items coming to the forefront over the
next two weeks my god this president
says two weeks more than that lady from
Total Recall two weeks
excuse me
two weeks
two weeks maybe if we're lucky Trump's
skin will finally separate and Arnold
will pop out trump is so obsessed with
two weeks it's what even informs his
movie choices take a look at this clip
from a movie called I you not 2
weeks notice so who's the new chief
counsel if she's any good I'm going to
steal her away i doubt it wow and we
were all surprised he can't act
presidential i don't know what it is
about this two weeks timeline that Trump
thinks just exudes confidence but even
reporters are pointing out that his
14-day deadline isn't even being met
president Trump has said previously in
regard to Russia he's used this um
phrase about two weeks several times um
in terms of like we expect like a twoe
deadline and then you give another twoe
deadline how can we be sure that he's
going to stick to this one on making a
decision on Iran well in those deadlines
as you've seen in respect to Russia
Ukraine might I add these are two very
different complicated global conflicts
as you know that the president inherited
you know it is so interesting how the
man who accumulated his wealth off of
money his father gave him keeps
complaining about things he inherited
donald Trump is the president so it is
his job to deal with these conflicts but
his twoe tell is all the proof you need
that he's got nothing no foreign policy
no health care plan no evidence of
wiretapping no proof of a rigged
election it's all one big bluff and
everyone at the table knows it it
doesn't take two weeks two days or even
two seconds to realize that this man is
flying by the seat of his extremely
large pants and when you are the
commander-in-chief that falls into the
not good category you know years back
when Trump was merely a joke of the New
York business world we were all able to
laugh at him on TV as he repeated
another catchphrase you're fired yeah
simpler times mostly because that guy
wasn't in charge of the nuclear codes
see two weeks is a hell of a lot less
fun to quote in bars than you're fired
when everyone is drinking to forget that
World War II might be right around the
corner and that's not hyperbole when you
take into account that Iran is supported
by China Russia and North Korea and
Israel is backed by the United States
government the UK and Germany it starts
to raise a few red flags not just
ceremonial ones trump wants to all
over Biden for not being in charge i
wish someone else was calling the shots
right now because two weeks Trump has no
clue what's going on the administration
expects Americans to fall in line behind
this man's aimless march toward war
because trust in President Trump based
on what his measured approach to foreign
policy the pragmatic decision-making
acumen of a man who talks about cutting
waste fraud and abuse from our
government and then spends $45 million
of government money on a camouflage
filled birthday gift to himself trust is
earned which is why the complete lack of
trade deals the free plane from Qatar
the going around governors to federalize
the military and the holding of shadowy
crypto dinners is all so problematic
they erode the trust that this
administration demands they be afforded
so Donald Trump can keep saying two
weeks as much as he wants but despite
what he or anyone else around him thinks
it doesn't inspire confidence or make
America look strong frankly it makes us
look too weak
