Michael Popok reports on a DC Superior Court Judge rejecting calls by the DOJ to set a high bond for former Olympian Davey Hearn accused of "felony" destruction of the Reflecting Pool, and also let him walk out the front door of the courtroom without a bond and with no restrictions to his future visits to the Pool! - 07/09/2026.

How many have been thrown out for being bogus?
There needs to be penalties for gratuitous litigation. And this guy should be shut down and marched out in cuffs.

To defend himself. If not him because he is a celeb then the others that have been falsely arrested.
