Suppose we do get a Dem majority in Congress this year and they vote to expand the court. Then what if the court rules that the expansion law is unconstitutional, in order to protect their power?

to make laws regarding the Supreme Court. Part of the checks and balances.

But this is a rogue court that is bought and owned by RW oligarchs. So I just just wondered if they would go that far if instructed to by their owners.
