He gave $80 million of a Congressionally approved fund of $100 million to his supporters to stage and provide various services.

Not sure but I don’t think he took the Smithsonian $$. Instead he just edged them out and took over the entire event to make it about him.

It’s a good question and I’d like to know for sure.

Just HAD TO add a third “E”: “FREEEDOM” on that big banner!!!

Unbelievable!!! I’ve always been a careful speller. All my life. Still have all the holy cards I earned for winning spelling bee after spelling bee in grade school. And they put a banner up with “FREEEDOM” spelled out that way!!!
