HOW is it LAWFUL to have questioning done by committees in Congress where the parties questioned REPEATEDLY refuse to answer under some bandaid IDIOCY to cloak answers REPEATEDLY.

WHY DOES THIS STAND, AGAIN AND AGAIN?
