so belligerent that it reminds me of a room full of Nazis yelling, "Sig Heil" over and over.

The vehemence of their nationalism is not patriotic. It is creepy.

Maybe we should respond with, "De-mo-cra-cy!" Over and over.

But if we wanted to agitate them, we could respond with "Diversity!"
