They are claiming he has PTSD.

If true, he had no business returning to his job.

After killing her he said, "Fucking bitch".

That statement alone proves this man had no right to be on the streets with a gun.

I’ve never heard of a police shooting where they didn’t put the shooter on administrative leave and confiscate his weapon for investigation.

proves his stupidity, proves he isn't trained, proves he doesn't follow real police procedures.

The fact that he was dragged before proves he is unfit for law enforcement but perfectly fit for the Gestapo.

The recent video shows that he put himself close to Good's car to be able to kill her as she was turning away.
