ICE is avoiding GOP states. It is avoiding high crime areas.
Eventuslly, they will have to tske the plunge.

Trump and Miller and Noem ( maybe not her so much) and Rubio ( I think Rubio is just out for what he can get) want to make the rubble bounce.

It is impression that they staying out fo red states - which is the "illegals". are.
Retribution is one motive.

The other motive: There is no motive. Just free floating hostilty.
