All while he spends $2 million per missile to blow up small boats with no proven criminals on board, and claim he is conducting a war on drugs.

While he pardoned a notorious drug dealer who was guilty enough to be sentenced to 45 years in prison for helping import 400 tons of cocaine into the U.S. And as was said on MS NOW the other day, while drug dealer may be sentenced to prison, none of them received the death penalty.
