AI won't be cutting meat for Tyson or all the other real hands on jobs that we need people to do. Just like "reshoring manufacturing" and the penalizing tariffs that are supposed to enable that, the stick is getting used with no carrot already in place to fill in the holes the stick action creates. Even if you appreciate the goal, the methodology being used to achieve it is completely flawed and doomed to cause more problems than it solves.
